I love therapy. I think that the opportunity to have a period of time where you can reflect, and do inner work is absolutely priceless. At the same time I also know that it is a big investment of time and money, and that formal therapy is not always what people need.

My dream has been to take the "Best Of" what I do with clients in therapy, and develop programs that deliver some of the same life-changing benefits of therapy but much more accessibly and affordably than weeks or months of one-one-one counseling with me would be.

I am so excited to announce that these programs are now available!

Targeting different areas including: Stress, Worry, Depression and Goals, each of these programs walk you through powerful new experiences that will foster growth. You'll learn things new things about yourself, as well as skills for creating positive change in your every day life.
