Cultivate Confidence and Connection
Hi, I’m Mary. I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist, an experienced counselor, and an encouraging, empowering life coach. I’m dedicated to helping you make positive changes in your life and relationships, and helping you achieve optimum levels of personal fulfillment and life satisfaction.
I specialize in working with couples of all kinds, helping to enhance their relationships and rekindle the spark of connection. I use positive, strengths-based orientations like positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused coaching, The Gottman Method, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy to help my couples improve communication, increase connection, release resentments, strengthen your security, and grow closer than ever before. My approach helps you deepen the trust, intimacy, love and respect in your partnership, and create a bright new future together as lovers, parents, partners, and friends.
In addition to my work with couples, I’m a positive, empowering therapist and life coach. I can help you improve any aspects of your life that are currently causing you pain or frustration. With empathy, warmth, and respect, I can help you recover from a bad breakup or divorce, heal from difficult life experiences, break free from anxiety or depression, learn about yourself, embrace healthy new ways of being, and build new skills to navigate life’s challenges.
If you’re a naturally strong, ambitious, driven person I can help you climb the mountain of success. Our work can increase your clarity and self-confidence, and help you bring your core goals into focus. Then I can help you create your ideal reality, step-by-step.
Whatever challenges are holding you back from living the life you want, I’m here to help you create a healthy, confident and connected future – for yourself, your marriage, and your family.
I have extensive experience and training working with couples adults and adolescents. I trained for three years at the Maple Counseling Center in Los Angeles, honing my skills as a marriage and family therapist in the EFT model. I have done continuing education in trauma through LAISPS (the Los Angeles Institute & Society for Psychoanalytic Studies and through TRM (the Trauma Resiliency Model). I have also completed externships in EFT – Emotionally Focused Therapy for work with couples.
My practice emphasizes personal growth, emotional wellness, empowerment, the development of healthy relationships in a safe, warm, compassionate, and respectful environment.
I am available to meet with you in person at my Beverly Hills, California office location, as well as nationally and internationally through online video.
