As a marriage and family therapist, I work with couples and families to revitalize their bond and grow greater passion, connection and enjoyment with each other. I know that as our busy lives change and evolve, it becomes easy to grow apart, struggle to communicate, and feel disconnected from one another. I can help you repair your connection, and rekindle your excitement for taking on life together! My style is engaging and direct, and focused on finding positive solutions. draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as The Gottman Method to support you in developing new communication skills, talking about what’s important with each other, and how you can work toward making positive changes together.
As a therapist and life coach, I also can work with you individually on life transitions, managing stress, creating meaningful connection within yourself, and those around you. My hope for you, is that you can experience all of the joy and meaning life has to offer. I work from a holistic framework, aimed at improving your sense of self both physically and emotionally. I believe in the connection between mind and body, and that your physical and emotional health are intertwined. We can work together to address wellness from both angles, to improve your overall life satisfaction.

I graduated from the University of Colorado Denver, with my Master’s Degree in counseling, with a specialty in couples and family therapy. I have experience working with couples, families, adolescents, and adult individuals on issues related to family dynamics, communication, connection, emotion regulation, self-growth, eating disorders, sexuality, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. I’m ready to provide you support, encouragement, and solutions as you move forward on your journey.
